Looking for individuals who have had their civil rights violated by being illegally arrested by the Brockton Police. In particular any arrest by Officer Rosie Vasquez-Browne, an overglorifed school cop in Brockton. A forged warrant was issued out of the Brockton District Court house, presumably at the request of Vasquez-Browne which resulted in my friend being illegally arrested. He is interested in a class action suit against the Brockton Police as neither they nor the Brockton's DA office will address the matter after my friend's arrest was deemed illegal by a Brockton District Court Judge due to the warrant having the forged signature of a clerk magistrate. Clear civil rights violation that occurred in our halls of justice and by those responsible for protecting individual rights.
